FICS is thrilled to continue expanding its customer base and is on the hunt for a dedicated individual to join our mortgage loan servicing software system support team. We are looking for a self-driven team member with at least three years of hands-on experience in residential loan servicing within the mortgage industry. A solid understanding of mortgage loan servicing is a must, particularly knowledge in escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting.
As a System Support team member at FICS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for providing high-quality support related to our mortgage loan servicing software. Your role is crucial in helping clients disentangle the mortgage process. Each interaction significantly impacts the efficiency of our customers’ operations and their success. In this fast-paced environment, you will interact with customer through phone calls and emails, conduct training sessions on FICS software, and facilitate product webinars. Moreover, you will be actively involved in collaboratively testing the FICS software for quality assurance.
