Responsibilities
- Draft and manage customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, and renewals in accordance with the GHX playbook.
- Review and negotiate contract redlines with Legal, Sales and other stakeholders to align terms with company policy and risk guidelines.
- Manage contract operations queue to ensure accurate, timely processing and SLA adherence.
- Maintain quoting and contracting systems throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Consulting, Implementation, Accounting and Finance to advise on deal structure and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Support creation and maintenance of internal Contract Operations documentation and participate in special projects as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant work experience in contracts, sales operations, project management, or financial analysis
