Our client is looking for a Control Room Officer to help steer the guardrails of a fast-moving
digital finance environment. This role is the nerve center of compliance — protecting information flow, maintaining integrity, and keeping the business sharp and regulator-ready.
What You’ll Do
● Run the Control Room playbook: manage restricted & watch lists, monitor employee
activity, handle wall crossings, and keep MNPI locked down.
● Track deal flow, transactions, and conflicts of interest with precision.
● Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, and business lines to keep information barriers
clean and auditable.
● Educate stakeholders and coach teams on what flies (and what doesn’t).
● Stay ahead of industry and regulatory trends; spot gaps and tighten controls before
they’re a problem.
What You Bring
● 5–7 years in a Control Room or related compliance function.
● Deep knowledge of securities regulations, insider trading rules, and information barriers.
● Strong analytical chops and detail obsession.
● A steady hand in high-pressure environments.
● Excellent communicator, trusted partner, ethical operator.
Why This Role
This isn’t just box-checking — it’s shaping the backbone of a company operating at the front
edge of digital finance. You’ll get competitive pay, equity upside, and benefits that cover you
and your family. More importantly, you’ll work with a team that values ownership,
craftsmanship, and straight talk
