- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, mediations, and hearings
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff across experience levels on case strategy and execution
- Build and maintain client relationships and assist in business development
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and support staff
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the State of California
