Skills
- 3+ years shipping production web apps as a UX or product designer
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process
- Fluency in Figma and component-driven design
- Deep understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, autonomous mindset
- Experience with usability testing and iterative design
Responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover insights and shape user journeys for researchers, compute providers, and developers
- Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with component-driven specs
- Run usability testing, iterate quickly on findings, and validate designs with data
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility
- Own and evolve the multi-product design system and web3 interaction patterns
- Design web3-specific flows such as wallet connection, approvals, signing, and deposits
- Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across product touchpoints
Education
- No specific degree required; portfolio and proven product experience preferred
- Relevant degree or design bootcamp is a plus
