Responsibilities
- Provide fast, high-quality resolution to support tickets and Slack requests for end users
- Document incidents and service interactions thoroughly in the ticketing system
- Administer user accounts via Okta, Google Workspace, and Active Directory
- Manage vendor relationships for hosted and outsourced end-user services
- Support productivity SaaS (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zendesk, etc.)
- Troubleshoot office networking (wired, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and A/V systems (Crestron, Logitech, Chromebox, Apple TV)
- Manage device lifecycle and MDM (JAMF, Google MDM) for laptops and mobile devices
- Deploy and configure MacBooks, Chromebooks, and peripherals; perform preventive maintenance
- Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process and tooling improvements
- Onboard and educate new and existing users on best practices and tooling
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 3-4 years equivalent end-user support experience
- Ongoing professional development in platform and systems administration recommended
