We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally-driven Executive Business Partner (EBP) to act as a thought partner and force multiplier to several of our C-level executives. This role is far more than traditional administrative support; you will be the operational backbone of the executive's office, enabling them to maximize their impact on the business.

This position is hybrid and requires reporting to our San Francisco HQ.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to your executive, deeply understanding their priorities to help drive key business rhythms, special projects, and strategic initiatives. Partner closely with EPDS Leadership team and Executive Support team.
Operational Excellence: Proactively manage and optimize the executive's time and focus, aligning their calendar with top priorities and ensuring they are well-prepared for all engagements. You will own the operating rhythms for the CPXO (staff meetings, QBRs, planning sessions, leadership offsites), including but not limited to agendas, pre-reads, note synthesis, and action item tracking to ensure accountability.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects on behalf of the executive, from conception through to completion, ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
Communication & Information Flow: Serve as a key information conduit and proxy for the executive. You will draft, review, and manage sensitive internal communications and presentations for all-hands meetings, and key customer interactions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Front, fostering collaboration and ensuring organizational alignment on key priorities.
Gatekeeper & Enabler: Intelligently triage and manage inbound requests, empowering teams to move forward independently while escalating critical issues to the executive with context and recommended actions.
Insight & Preparation: Assist in preparing data-informed presentations and reports, synthesizing information from various sources to provide the executive with the insights needed for strategic decision-making.
What skills and experience you need:
5-7+ years of experience in a strategic Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced tech environment.
Exceptional business acumen and a systems-thinking approach; you connect the dots between disparate initiatives and build scalable processes.
Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to lead projects, influence without authority, and hold stakeholders accountable.
Superior emotional intelligence and discretion; you can handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and build trust with a wide range of personalities.
Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). You can articulate complex ideas with clarity and conciseness.
An obsession with detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate future needs.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, stay calm under pressure, and manage multiple competing priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks.
Mastery of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and modern productivity tools. Experience with Front is a major plus!
