We’re looking for a VP of Brand to architect and execute the strategy, creative direction, and storytelling that will take Freebird from a category disruptor to a category leader.
This is a rare opportunity to build a brand platform from scratch — not to polish something that already exists, but to define the DNA, look, voice, and experiences that will scale worldwide and across new product lines.
As our VP of Brand, you will own how Freebird looks, sounds, and shows up — everywhere. You’ll translate product superiority into a premium, credible, and unified brand experience that drives awareness, trust, and loyalty at scale.
You’ll lead both brand strategy and brand creative — from positioning and messaging frameworks to design systems and art direction — ensuring every customer touchpoint is cohesive and unmistakably Freebird.
This is for a growth-minded brand builder who knows how to use design, creative, and messaging as business levers to lower CAC, win retail shelves, and inspire long-term loyalty.
