We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Creative Program Manager, Content to join our Adventure Sports Creative Operations team. As the Creative Program Manager, you will oversee and manage all content production for marketing campaigns, sales meetings, and various brand initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of photo and video productions, managing creative asset libraries, and ensuring alignment between content creation and GTM needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in creative production management.
This position reports to the Creative Operations Director and will work at our Adventure Sports headquarter in Irvine, CA.
As the Creative Program Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
Oversee the end-to-end production process for marketing campaigns, sales meetings, and other creative projects.
Manage photo and video production needs across all brands, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and business goals.
Develop and maintain creative asset libraries, making assets easily accessible for GTM production designers.
Work closely with the GTM Creative Program Manager to ensure seamless handoff of assets libraries to GTM production team.
Identify and implement efficiencies in content production workflows to optimize output and resourcing.
Work closely with Creative Director and Senior Designers to ensure captured content is aligned with design direction decks.
Partner with the GTM Creative Program Manager to intake briefs and translate them into production plans.
Manage the production of creative assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with brand standards.
Oversee PDP content creation, ensuring all brands have compelling product imagery and video to support ecom and key account needs.
Execute one-off photo and video shoots to support product launches, sales assets and marketing campaigns.
Partner with internal and external Producers on-set and location for all shoots.
Develop production schedules, manage budgets, and oversee vendor and freelance partnerships.
Ensure clear communication between creative, marketing, and production teams to keep projects on track.
Track project progress, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively problem-solve to meet deadlines.
Maintain an organized workflow for asset storage, retrieval, and distribution.
You have:
5+ years of experience in creative production management, content operations, or program management within a marketing or creative team.
Strong understanding of photo and video production processes, from pre-production to post-production.
Experience managing creative asset libraries and optimizing content workflows.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
