About the Department The Learning & Development team drives global Transfer Agent (TA) training initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service. Team members collaborate across business units, sharing expertise and supporting each other’s growth. Training Planning & Development
You will design and develop training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts and mentors to create effective training content.
You will assess skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
Coordination & Logistics
You will organize training schedules and logistics for maximum efficiency.
You will manage administrative tasks, including room bookings and session communications.
You will participate in meetings to support training initiatives.
Training Delivery
You will deliver engaging instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
You will coach employees and monitor their progress.
You will evaluate new hires within their first 90 days.
Evaluation & Feedback
You will track attendance and measure training effectiveness.
You will compile feedback and recommend improvements.
You will share evaluation results with managers.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
You will update training materials and stay current with policy changes.
You will work with quality and compliance teams to identify training needs.
You will support continuous improvement efforts.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of corporate training experience.
Financial services or Transfer Agency experience required.
Technical Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to design and deliver training using various methods and tools.
Soft Skills
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule & Location
This position follows a hybrid work model based in Rancho Cordova, CA. Employees are expected to work on-site full-time during designated training sessions to ensure successful onboarding and integration. Standard work hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $61,700.00 - $72,600, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
