The Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team at Franklin Templeton drives operational excellence and customer service across the company. GSS manages transfer agent functions, regulatory compliance, and strategic modernization initiatives. Team members—financial professionals, business partners, and leaders—work together in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years in systems analysis, financial services, or technical projects.

Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $56,000 - $70,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
