Are you looking for a hands-on internship that puts you at the heart of real-world engineering challenges? Join us as a Civil or Environmental Engineering Intern in Minneapolis, MN for Summer 2026 and gain experience working on projects in solid waste management. From observing landfill construction to assisting with regulatory efforts, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute directly to provide a positive environmental impact. This is your opportunity to build skills, make connections, and see your work come to life! 

• Conduct landfill construction observation 

• Participate in waste characterization studies 

• Assist with the design of landfills, transfer stations, and recycling facilities 

• Assist with data analysis and regulatory reporting 

• Gain exposure to solid waste planning, including waste diversion and recycling 

• Support other project work as assigned 

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program 

• GPA of 3.0 or greater 

• Previous engineering experience through an internship or co-op
