As the Vice President of Product Management- Connected Water Hardware, you will guide the vision, development, and delivery of our connected water hardware portfolio across omni-channel routes to market—including retail, e-commerce, wholesale distribution, insurance, and emerging digital platforms. This role is key to shaping the future of connected water solutions, fostering innovation, and aligning with evolving consumer needs and business goals.
You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization and retirement—while building a collaborative, results-oriented team. Your leadership will help define product strategy, elevate customer experiences, and position our connected offerings to deliver long-term value and market relevance.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $150,000 USD - $244,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
