As the VP, Acquisition Solutions (Squad Leader), you will work as part of the Marketing Solutions team within the Marketing Domains’ Strategy and Operations organization. You will lead a delivery team responsible for bringing acquisition and growth experiences to market in collaboration with the Marketing Channels team.
You will work to deliver scalable solutions that push the full potential of marketing technology platforms and offer modernized capabilities for our marketing teams to deliver engaging pre-login Fidelity.com experiences, visitor re-engagement and prospect experience targeting. Activating these solutions requires engagement across Marketing Channels, UXD, and Marketing Technology. This team sits at the intersection of emerging capabilities and advancing experience delivery.
Your ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and adapt to changing business needs will be critical to your success as you collaborate with internal business partners across domains. Influence will play a big part of your success in this role. Strategic influence, influence on marketing and measurement methodologies, influencing well engrained ways of working, influencing technological approaches and integrations, and influencing and aligning expected outcomes.
Focus areas include:
Experience with enterprise-level content management systems, namely Adobe Sites (AEM) and/or SDL Tridion preferred
Proficiency with onsite and mobile experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target and / or proprietary solutions)
Familiarity with advanced measurement and visualization platforms (Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau)
Familiarity with technical SEO, paid search, and AI-Generative search techniques
An understanding of the marketing data landscape, including identity resolution, CDPs, and AdTech onboarding
Bachelor’s Degree, 8-10+ years in a marketing role or within an advertising agency
Refined ability to deliver senior-level presentations, roadmaps, and artifacts that effectively communicate the value, execution approach, and timing of complex deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated framework thinker
Ability to direct teams to direct and create clear and standardized documentation
Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
