Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily bank deposits accurately and on time
- Record deposits and related transactions in accounting software
- Assist with account reconciliations and tracking returned checks
- Manage petty cash and maintain transaction records for accounting
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase of office supplies
- Organize and maintain physical and digital file storage; support file transportation as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to support daily tasks
- Provide general clerical support to dealership staff as needed
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Coursework or certificate in office administration, bookkeeping, or related field preferred
