Responsibilities
- Co-develop and iterate a future-back AI strategy aligned with Flagship leadership and portfolio needs.
- Design and implement operational models, planning processes, budgeting, and metrics for technical and research teams.
- Coordinate cross-portfolio integration to translate shared needs into joint technology strategies and execution plans.
- Build and manage relationships with global technology partners, research institutions, and industry leaders.
- Represent the Initiative in strategic engagements with portfolio company executives and external stakeholders.
- Drive accountability, speed, and quality across programs by establishing clear KPIs and governance.
- Support talent planning and organizational design for multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred but not required
- Relevant technical or business education strongly valued
