Epic is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and drive organizational alignment post-acquisition while managing high-impact projects.
Responsibilities: You will coordinate post-acquisition stabilization, drive strategic project execution, prepare communications and operational reports, and support executive leadership in decision-making.
Skills: Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, ideally with experience in strategy or operations in a tech environment.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience are required; an MBA or similar graduate degree is preferred, along with experience in consulting or high-growth tech companies.
Location: This position is based in San Jose, California.
Compensation: $175000 - $200000 / Annually
