Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Figure is a publicly traded fintech transforming capital markets with blockchain and AI-driven automation across mortgage and crypto products. We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute data-driven lifecycle programs (email, SMS, AI voice) that increase adoption, retention, and cross-sell for HELOC and DSCR products while working cross-functionally to ensure compliance and scalable operations.

Skills

  • 4+ years managing email, SMS, or marketing automation programs
  • Proficiency with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Liquid templating
  • Experience with VoIP platforms (e.g., NiCE, RingCentral) and voice/text AI tools
  • Advanced segmentation and database logic skills (querying/segmentation)
  • A/B testing and experimentation experience with measurable results
  • Strong analytics and KPI-driven optimization
  • Cross-functional communication and project management

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to drive revenue, retention, and cross-sell across HELOC and DSCR products.
  • Develop and optimize omnichannel campaigns integrating email, SMS, and AI-driven voice/voicemail with existing nurture sequences and triggers.
  • Analyze customer journeys and segmentation to identify opportunities for improved progression and conversion.
  • Manage A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on creative and flows to improve KPIs and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Design, Engineering, and external partners to deliver compliant, on-brand communications.
  • Create and maintain documentation, naming conventions, and reporting for lifecycle programs and performance metrics.
  • Translate technical requirements for engineering teams and validate implementation of tracking and integrations.
  • Proofread and QA campaign content to ensure brand consistency and compliance before deployment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, analytics, or related field
  • Continued learning in marketing automation, analytics, or fintech products encouraged
