Skills
- 7+ years in GTM strategy, education sales/marketing, partnerships, ops, or program management
- Proven team leadership managing remote teams across time zones
- Strong data-driven mindset for tracking and optimizing program metrics
- Experience building 0→1 programs or products and scaling them globally
- Deep knowledge of K–12, higher education, and bootcamp ecosystems
- Stakeholder management with government, school leaders, and institutional partners
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Sales
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the EDU team, hiring strategically to expand reach and capacity
- Define and execute global education playbooks across K–12, higher education, and bootcamps
- Drive international expansion and launch regional programs and partnerships
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence classroom-optimized features
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance across markets
- Forge institutional relationships with ministries, universities, and ecosystem partners
- Measure and optimize adoption, engagement, and program impact using data
- Represent Figma at conferences, speaking engagements, and internal leadership moments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree in education, business, public policy, or related field is a plus
