We are currently seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as an Agent Producer. This role is more than just a sales position—it’s a launchpad for future agency ownership. Through hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and access to the award-winning University of Farmers, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to not only excel as an agent but to own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency when you’re ready to take that step.
As an Agent Producer, you will work directly under an experienced Farmers Insurance agency owner, learning every aspect of building and managing a successful insurance business. From sales and client management to operations and leadership, you’ll receive comprehensive training designed to prepare you for ownership.
While you help clients protect what matters most—across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines—you’ll also develop the expertise and confidence to grow your own book of business and eventually transition to running your own agency.

Develop and expand a client base through networking, prospecting, and community involvement
Provide expert guidance on insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
Build strong, lasting client relationships through communication and policy reviews
Meet and exceed sales goals while focusing on long-term client satisfaction
Learn the operational and strategic aspects of running an insurance agency
Stay current with industry trends and Farmers Insurance products
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear drive toward ownership
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be willing to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
