Responsibilities
- Manage the annual operating budget, forecasting, and long-range strategic financial planning aligning with corporate goals.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Deliver in-depth monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis for senior leadership and the Board.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting.
- Design and implement the Business Intelligence roadmap, promoting data-driven culture and analytics adoption.
- Lead BI team to create scalable Tableau dashboards enabling self-service analytics for business leaders.
- Enforce data governance to ensure reliable and accurate business KPI data.
- Translate business requirements into technical BI specifications and solutions.
- Guide, mentor, and unify FP&A and BI teams to build a high-performing, accountable organization.
- Provide financial expertise and analytical support across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
- Maximize ERP system (NetSuite) usage to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiencies.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models into forecasting and analytics to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Identify and execute process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A and BI.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
