Skills
- Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Some programming experience, preferably in Python, SQL, Java, or C++.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated with initiative-taking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts and software engineers to enhance trading models.
- Solve real-world trading problems throughout the internship program.
- Engage in projects across various trading desks including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Options, ETFs, and Energy.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and a dedicated global training week.
Education
- Rising juniors or students expected to be ready for full-time employment by December 2026 to June 2027.
- Excellent academic background, open to all majors.
