Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and pivot tables

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Analyze financial performance vs forecasts and budgets, identify variances, and communicate key insights to leadership
- Provide reporting and dashboards to support business reviews and strategic planning
- Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions, validate inputs, and address inconsistencies
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis for initiatives such as product launches and capital allocation
- Standardize and automate reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
