Responsibilities
- Process initial, annual, and interim resident recertifications complying with HUD regulations
- Calculate rents for recertifications and adjustments for income discrepancies
- Review applicant files for Section 8 eligibility and follow LIHTC/Section 8 guidelines
- Notify residents and schedule interviews for recertifications
- Maintain resident files and related paperwork
- Review tenant ledgers for arrears and respond to HUD inquiries
- Serve as primary contact for compliance oversight and outreach to properties
Education
- COS certification required
- Notary Public certification preferred
