Job Description
- Be energetic and professional in a large office environment.
- Serve as primary administrative support to the Project Director
- Provide clerical and administrative duties such as filing, sort and organize documents, answer phone calls, and reception desk duties
- Separate and distribute mail to appropriate personnel. Prepare outgoing mail timely for USPS pick up or drop off.
- Organize and prepare files/program records for archive storage
- Maintain tracking of electronic equipment inventory and coordinate the removal of old inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience working in an office environment a plus
- Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base
- Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously
- Excel knowledge a plus
