Responsibilities
- Own and manage Salesforce backend configuration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permission sets, roles and profiles.
- Maintain data cleanliness, governance and perform regular system audits.
- Design and implement scalable workflow automations to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion and reduce manual effort.
- Administer and troubleshoot integrations with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Slack, outreach platforms, dialers and other GTM tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to inform pipeline health and GTM decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions and processes.
- Train and support GTM users on Salesforce best practices and process changes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
