Responsibilities
- Own and refine Client success criteria and Scope of Work continuously.
- Drive organic growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contract finalization.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing success of North American client partnerships to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate across global operation hubs and connect client needs with internal teams.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client goals for scaling and value realization.
- Identify risks and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Client Success initiatives for feedback and value enhancement.
- Serve as a Brand Champion and liaise on agreements and billing verifications.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development activities.
- Travel as needed for client engagement and company events.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
