Responsibilities
- Source hotels and manage RFPs to meet client needs, budgets, and location preferences
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with hotel partners to secure group business
- Collaborate with Groups Sales Managers to present optimal hotel options
- Use Engine’s internal database and CRM (Salesforce) to source and book group projects
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and support team revenue goals
- Maintain and build relationships with internal teams and external hotel suppliers
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Handle ad hoc projects and support cross-functional initiatives as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education or relevant certifications preferred but not required
