Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to franchise owners through regular business reviews and performance tracking.
- Monitor franchisee KPIs and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Interpret performance data and translate insights into prioritized action plans for franchisees.
- Assist franchisees with goal-setting and annual budget development.
- Conduct regular coaching calls (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) using Level 10 EOS format and perform on-site visits.
- Deliver prescriptive training, update training materials and operations manuals, and support new franchisee onboarding.
- Audit franchise operations to ensure compliance with brand processes and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of support and progress for each franchise partner.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Relevant franchise or business operations experience required
