Are you are looking to help advance the energy transition and put your marketing talent to work for a results-driven company? In this role, you’ll craft content that drives impact—whether for new business pitches, RFPs, or high-stakes marketing collateral. You'll play a key role in communicating our value to prospective, new, and existing clients from the commercial real estate, education, healthcare, and industry sectors. While your focus will be on US markets, you'll collaborate with Client Acquisition colleagues in both the US and Canada and report to the Director of Marketing Communications.

You are a skilled and persuasive marketer with strong writing chops, adept at presenting complex information in a clear and convincing manner. As a strategic thinker, you balance creativity and organization to create high-impact content and share it through the right communication channels. You identify initiatives and love to run with them. And you thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence, collaborating and communicating with colleagues across functions and across the continent. 


What you will do...
  • Collaborate with your colleagues across the entire business development cycle, from email prospecting campaigns to business proposals and awareness campaigns. 
  • Lead proposal strategy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to determine the proposal response approach and concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs. 
  • Meet deadlines by establishing priorities and schedules for gathering information, writing, editing, art, design, reviews, and approvals; coordinate requirements with contributors.  
  • Work closely with technical experts, designers, and sales professionals for their input and contribution.  
  • Edit for quality, clarity, and impact, working with our in-house graphic designer to maximize visual communication. 
  • Identify and coordinate event participation opportunities; prepare effective panels and presentations. 
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns; create, review, edit, and broadcast content, including emails, flyers and brochures, web content, and social media posts. 
  • Build relationships with trade publications and press outlets. 


Your profile...
  • University degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, Environmental Studies, Business, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 6  years’ relevant experience, especially including editing professional and persuasive writing. 
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, especially InDesign. 
  • Experience in digital marketing. 
  • Superior persuasive writing and editing skills. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills. 
  • Previous experience in energy/infrastructure/engineering or other professional services firm an asset. 


What Ecosystem offers…
  • Annual base salaries ($85,000 - $110,000). Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
