Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivery across engineering, product, compliance, and operations
- Define and track milestones, identify and manage technical and business dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while adapting to changing priorities in a Scaled Agile environment
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer and business needs
- Drive operational excellence across SAFe programs and mentor squads on Agile best practices
- Use data to monitor progress, highlight risks, and communicate program health to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage tooling and workflow using Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite
- Support integration and delivery of AWS-based products and services as part of scalable infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a plus
