Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees Ambulatory applications, and is responsible for managing all aspects of future Epic implementations at Prime hospitals. The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital. The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Ambulatory).
