Senior Financial Analyst - US Plants

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Donaldson, you will be part of a diverse, talented, collaborative, and global Financial Planning and Analysis community who will guide and support you. This role will be focused on supporting four of our facilities in the US. This is a great opportunity for someone that is self-motivated, has prior manufacturing finance experience and strong communication skills. Qualified candidates must be able to work out of our office in Frankfort, IN or Bloomington, MN.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing analysis of results and reporting of operational and financial metrics for manufacturing plants and target areas of improvement.

• Supporting financial analysis of capital projects using realistic benefit cases to ensure investments are made diligently across the plants.

• Creating forecasts and annual budgets incorporating current trends and internal and external drivers of results

• Working with management to help improve efficiencies, reduce cost or other actions that may be necessary

• Summarizing and extracting information from corporate and other financial systems to support the decision-making process of other analysts and operations managers

• Reporting results to management and key stakeholders

• Developing and implementing dashboards and reporting tools to help translate how operational performance impacts financial results

• And a variety of other analytical projects that may be assigned

Travel: Up to 15%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally supporting operations in a manufacturing or global supply chain setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Problem-solving skills and strong analytical capability.

• Attention to detail, project management discipline, and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• High collaboration work method and solid written and oral communication, ideally with global experience.

• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Oracle EPM, and/or other financial analysis, statistical analysis and reporting tools.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $78,400 - $100,900. 

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
