Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field strongly preferred.
- 8+ years experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting with direct operational scaling experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement company-wide operating systems (dashboards, OKRs, forecasting, planning cadences).
- Advanced financial and operational modeling skills in Excel.
- Experience working closely with executive teams to deliver insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling background.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills to present clear insights to executives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the company management operating system: dashboards, OKRs, MPRs, forecasting, and regular cadences to drive alignment and visibility.
- Design lightweight, durable processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to enable organizational scaling.
- Implement a constraints-based scaling (CBS) approach to identify and address critical limiting factors as the company grows.
- Drive clarity and accountability by ensuring priorities are understood, tracked, and executed across teams.
- Act as a force multiplier for executives: lead high-impact analyses, remove bottlenecks, and run special projects that unlock growth.
- Partner with executive leadership on operational and business strategy and model execution plans to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field (required/preferred).
- Master’s degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred but not required.
