Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and relationship owner for 100–120 accounts and multiple client contacts
- Provide monthly reporting, mid-month check-ins, and present findings on client calls
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display, Geofencing, Email, Organic Social, Native, Spotify, and Review Management
- Onboard clients, lead product demos, and support adoption and success on Fiona
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, development, and account teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Maintain fast response times (under 10 hours) and contribute to high client retention and satisfaction
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required
