Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer partner for all projects within an assigned program and manage communications
- Manage scope, cost, and schedule across multiple high-complexity projects
- Support pre-contract and sales efforts by providing initial Microsoft Project schedules
- Assign and align Project Managers and provide input on PM assignments
- Coordinate FE calls and weekly program/project status meetings; lead in PM absence
- Manage issues, risks, change orders, and escalations with internal teams and customers
- Support vendor management and ensure contractual deliverables are met
- Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to Project Managers, Engineers, and Buyers
- Coordinate PO receipt, cash flow, invoicing, and overall project financials
- Deliver monthly program updates and align customer and internal expectations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Ongoing professional development in project management recommended
