- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being in-office 2–3 days per week
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools and remote collaboration platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and daily logistics with discretion and efficiency
- Prioritize and triage a high volume of requests to align the CEO’s time with company goals
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and board members
- Anticipate needs, flag priorities, and ensure follow-through on action items
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional judgment
- Support and help maintain a positive, collaborative, and creative team culture
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
