Digital Engagement Manager

Definitive Healthcare is a fast-growing, data-driven healthcare intelligence company (NASDAQ: DH) that helps organizations uncover markets, opportunities, and people to inform better decisions. The Digital Engagement Manager will manage and expand a portfolio of Population Intelligence and Digital Audiences customers, partner with agency teams to activate audiences across channels, and drive adoption, renewals, and measurable campaign outcomes.

Skills

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology with agency-facing experience.
  • Proven experience driving renewals, expansions, and product adoption in a SaaS or data environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows, and multi-channel execution.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights and customer recommendations.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients as the primary contact for Population Intelligence & Digital Audiences.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize measurable value from the platform and audience products.
  • Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions to client goals.
  • Monitor customer health and develop success plans to mitigate churn and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with agencies on campaign planning, audience activation, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on campaign workflows, compliance, and best practices for audience activation.
  • Streamline workflows and create enablement materials, case studies, and training documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technical Delivery, Marketing, and CXS to translate customer needs into product and operational improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or specialized training in healthcare data/marketing is a plus.
