Job Description
THIS POSITION WILL BE CONTINGENT UPON AWARD OF CONTRACT.
- Manage documentation, reporting, invoicing, and compliance records.
- Maintain operator training and certification records for FDOT audits.
- Track patrol performance and assist supervisors with monthly reports.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and maintain equipment readiness logs.
- Ensure daily resupply of vehicles with fuel, tools, PPE, and safety equipment.
- Support emergency operations with communication tracking and resource deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, logistics, or fleet management preferred.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with reporting software, SunGuide®, and fleet tracking systems (e.g., Samsara AVL).
- Ability to support operational goals such as incident documentation and the 90-Minute Open Roads Policy by ensuring records and resources are accurate and available.
