The Manager, Programs for the ILG-Village Records Program is a full time role located in Denver, CO, Brentwood, TN, or El Segundo, CA. This role will be a key teammate reporting to the Director, Programs ILG – Village Records in the Legal Department.  The role will be integral in the day-to- information governance related operations and projects.  Such responsibilities will include: assisting in the management of ongoing and future Information Governance projects and initiatives with IT, DaVita systems IG/RM risk assessments, company AI product review with an IG focus, and partnering with International teammates to implement IG/RM practices in growing and emerging markets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of all corporate information governance and management (in conjunction with Records Managers)
  • Assist in the identification of information governance best practices and management of solutions and related projects
  • Partner in project management with IT related to information governance systems and processes and related projects, mainly M365 Governance
  • Provide project management expertise and analysis for identified business units as needed (e.g. inventorying, identification and disposition records)
  • Serve as information governance SME, assisting teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Develop, implement and updated processes that protect, limit the use and storage of sensitive personal health information and personally identifiable information
  • Partner with IT and other legal teams on the company’s AI efforts to develop and ascertain tools with a focus on information governance and records management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in Information Governance
  • Healthcare experience preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
