Responsibilities
- Audit, document, and modernize product, design, and docs workflows and remove stale content
- Consolidate product feedback and tooling into Enterpret and map inflows from sales and CX systems
- Own maintenance, adoption, and cross-functional engagement of Enterpret as the product feedback system of record
- Design and deploy Slack-based AI bots and no-code automations (e.g., using Kapa.ai) to answer common internal product questions
- Partner with Product & Design leadership on special projects, organizational design, goals/metrics, pricing reviews, and presentations for EBRs/QBRs
- Plan and coordinate Product, Design, and Docs team activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual events
- Support creation of talk tracks and materials for external interviews and speaking engagements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant training or certifications in product operations, program management, or related fields helpful but not required
