Cubby Beds is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive growth and success across our distribution network. This high-impact role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distributors—ensuring they are supported, in-serviced, and set up to succeed. With most Cubby Beds covered by insurance, your role will be to expand and strengthen our distributor network, ensuring that families have access to Cubby Beds.
This role reports to the Director of Business Development, who will support and help define the sales strategy with you to maximize growth in your territory. This role may expand into connecting our referral sources with our distributor network requiring provider education in the future.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
Account Management & Sales: Own the distributor lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing support and revenue generation. Build strong relationships and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
Market Insight & Strategy: Identify and communicate industry trends, funding challenges, customer needs, and competitor strategies to internal teams.
CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate CRM records to manage sales opportunities, forecast revenue, and monitor customer engagement.
Manage account-related activities including:
Credit limit negotiations
Growth program and pricing analysis
Providing in-services, explaining documentation needs

Proven ability in prospecting and targeting customers to generate new business opportunities
Strong relationship building skills with customers and stakeholders
Critical thinking skills to analyze and address customer issues effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interactions
Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with colleagues across departments
Strong time management and territory management skills to maximize productivity
Competence in pre-call planning and follow-up to drive sales results
Strategic thinking to align sales approach with company goals and market opportunities
Demonstrated listening skills, adaptability, and confidence in sales ability

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Note: This includes visiting Denver HQ at least once per quarter (more in the first 3-6 months for onboarding, training, and relationship building)

Total Comp for this Role: $115,000-135,000
This includes:
Base Salary: $77,000-90,000
Commission: Up to 50% of your base salary
