Customer Support Representative

Crossbeam is the leading Ecosystem-Led Growth platform helping companies find overlapping customers and prospects with partners while keeping data secure. We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative based in the PT time zone to provide fast, accurate chat and email support, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with free and paid activations, contribute product feedback, and help build internal documentation and KPI reporting.

Skills

  • Experience in B2B technical or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite and Notion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear explanations
  • Active listening and empathy when handling customers
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude for technical issues
  • Good time management and prioritization under fast-paced conditions
  • Comfort with remote work and working PT hours

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound chat and email support requests for free and paid users with timely prioritization
  • Troubleshoot product issues, replicate bugs, and escalate to engineering or sales per internal processes
  • Guide free plan activations and basic onboarding to maximize user engagement
  • Support technical setup and account checks for paid customers alongside Account Success Managers
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback to product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Create and maintain internal and external knowledge base content in Notion and Intercom
  • Help generate KPI reports and surface quick wins to improve user engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, sales, product, engineering, and operations

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
