Skills
- Experience with GitLab use cases (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning)
- Proficiency with DevSecOps tools and adjacent technical tooling
- Technical background in software development or systems engineering
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating complex technical concepts
- Ability to manage time and collaborate across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Engage newly onboarded customers via Zoom and email to provide technical consultancy and solution guidance during post-sales onboarding
- Provide architectural, technical, and best-practice recommendations aligned to customer objectives
- Drive measurable business outcomes that lead to product adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers as a customer-facing subject matter expert
- Design and deliver customized workshops, demos, and enablement materials for customers
- Maintain and grow specialty competency in one or more GitLab-related technologies through training, certification, and reusable examples
- Contribute to internal and external enablement content such as docs, videos, and the Digital Journey
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
