Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to build a high-performing site team
- Translate strategic goals into site-level execution and hold teams accountable for clinical, operational, and financial performance
- Manage site P&L: monitor expenses, drive revenue initiatives, and implement cost efficiencies
- Oversee hiring, succession planning, and workforce development in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Ensure coordination across disciplines to optimize patient throughput and resource utilization
- Maintain regulatory compliance, facility safety, and operational readiness
- Address complex client situations and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Represent the site in area/company leadership meetings and lead local initiatives and pilots
- Maintain daily on-site leadership presence and ensure leadership coverage during business hours
- Lead and participate in site events, trainings, community outreach, and team-building activities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, clinical domain, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications in healthcare administration or clinical specialties are a plus
