Responsibilities
- Provide direct telehealth counseling services to children, parents, siblings, and other caregivers
- Deliver empirically supported therapeutic interventions tailored to each client (e.g., CBT, Narrative, Play Therapy)
- Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary treatment team members and participate in family care meetings
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Engage in clinical mentorship, training opportunities, and optional participation in the Clinical Ladder Program
Education
- Master’s degree or doctorate in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Current unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT) in the state of practice
