- Active medical license and clinical competency to provide on-site patient care

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical and clinical staff to maintain high standards of care
- Foster a collaborative environment promoting best practices and continuous professional development
- Lead interview and credentialing processes for prospective medical staff
- Chair or co-chair the QAPI committee quarterly and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with DOH survey preparedness and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives aligned with best practices
- Provide direct patient care to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities
Education
- MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
- Current state medical license (WI preferred) and board certification in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications as required by facility
