- Licensed independent clinical practice in the hiring state (LMFT or equivalent).
- Experience delivering telehealth counseling services.
- Familiarity with multiple evidence-based modalities (CBT, Narrative, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused).
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and case coordination skills.
- Clinical documentation and risk assessment competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct counseling services via telehealth to children, parents, siblings and other caregivers.
- Use empirically supported therapeutic approaches tailored to each client (e.g., Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy).
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in family care meetings.
- Attend to relational ethics and ensure coordinated, wraparound support for families.
- Participate in clinical mentorship and professional development opportunities, including the Clinical Ladder Program as applicable.
- Complete clinical documentation and billing in a timely, compliant manner.
Education
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current unrestricted independent clinical license in the state of practice.
