Skills
- Hands-on experience with Gemini across multiple apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Strong prompt engineering, iteration, and output validation techniques.
- Experience designing or advising enterprise GenAI training or enablement programs.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs, pitfalls, and workarounds to non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of at least one other major AI assistant (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
Responsibilities
- Design scenario-based training content that teaches practical GenAI workflows using Gemini for specific functions (e.g., scheduling, HR/payroll, customer service, marketing analytics).
- Create prompts, task flows, and 8–10 function-specific use case templates with step-by-step Gemini workflows.
- Produce a troubleshooting guide documenting 15+ common Gemini errors and resolutions and provide error-handling strategies for live demos.
- Author prompt engineering best practices tailored to Gemini and develop 3–5 mini-capstone projects demonstrating end-to-end business processes.
- Advise on Gemini’s limitations, technical implementation details, and recommended workarounds across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
- Recommend tools and simulation workflows to replicate or support Gemini functionality in a training environment.
- Collaborate weekly with Learning Experience Design and Product teams and iterate asynchronously on shared documents.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience in AI/learning design accepted.
- Relevant certifications or demonstrable portfolio of curriculum/training work encouraged.
