LOCATION: Sturgeon Bay - Door County Learning in Retirement Center
STANDARD HOURS: 3 days per week (Monday-Friday), 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
MINIMUM STARTING WAGE: $15.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
Perform clerical and administrative functions to support Door County Learning in Retirement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain database for membership
Process LIR registrations and forms
Create the LIR catalogs with assistance from Printing Services – Two times per year
Maintain information for all presenters
Process and/or coordinate all mailings with assistance from the Mailroom
Provide support and materials for the Board, members, presenters and coordinators
Respond to walk ins, email, and voicemail
Recommend expense budget and process all related invoices for payment, including updating Concur and initiating check requests
Participate in campus-wide meetings as required/assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Technical diploma
Two years related experience
Microsoft Office Suite, General Computer Skills
